Form CS-002 — Subscriber Track Application
Subscriber-track applicants are reviewed by the Bureau's tenured judges under registry bylaw 7(b). Approved subscribers receive an issued certificate, embeddable badge, and quarterly leaderboard placement for $1.00 per month.
§ I — What You Receive
- § A unique, public certificate ID (e.g. CS-2026-004712) and verification page.
- § A downloadable PDF certificate suitable for framing.
- § An embeddable HTML badge for LinkedIn, websites, and email signatures.
- § Inclusion on the global leaderboard, updated quarterly.
- § Optional physical certificate card and merch with AI-generated personal slogan.
§ II — Process
- Create an account and verify your email.
- Complete the multi-step application: select your category, document your achievements, supply supporting URLs.
- Provide payment details. The $1.00/month subscription begins on approval, not on submission.
- A Bureau reviewer responds within fourteen days. Approved applicants receive their certificate by email.
